Christian Council of Nigeria Commends Governor Ugwuanyi’s Over Non-Segregation among Churches.

The leadership of the Christian Council of Nigeria CCN has lauded the Governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his commitment towards supporting and identifying with all churches in the state, describing it as an exceptional feat worthy of emulation.

In a courtesy visit to Ugwuanyi yesterday at the Government House, the leadership of CCN led by the President Most Rev. Dr. Benebo Fubara-Manuel also commended him for entrenching peace and good governance, as well as providing quality leadership for the people of Enugu State.

The visit was to formally inform and invite the governor to the upcoming 31st General Assembly of CCN and the body’s 93rd anniversary scheduled to hold in Enugu.

While Speaking, Fubara-Manuel, commended the Governor for his sustained support for the churches, stressing that he has always been a supporter of CCN member churches and has made everybody and every church his own.

The CCN leadership later offered special prayers for Ugwuanyi and beseeched God to continue to bless, guide, protect and prosper him and for the peaceful and successful end of his tenure in 2023.
